Program Description: Join us for this unique opportunity to hear directly from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). In this session, you will gain a better understanding of the federal anti-discrimination laws and how they apply to your organization. The focus of this session will be a brief overview of the laws and EEOC, recent developments, and practical tips for preventing discrimination and responding to allegations of discrimination.
